It bundles Electrical Safety Checks, Gas Safety Checks, and annual Smoke Alarm servicing, backed by automated reminders, detailed photo reports, and fast rectification quoting. Available across Melbourne’s West to Geelong, the program streamlines annual visits and reduces surprises for owners and property managers.

What’s included

Electrical Safety Check

Switchboard/RCD checks, testing of outlets and light switches, visual inspection of fixed appliances/fixtures, and smoke alarm servicing included in this visit.

Gas Safety Check

Inspection and testing of all gas fixtures and fittings: space heaters, cooktops, water heaters and the mains gas line; includes carbon monoxide testing and pressure checks.

Smoke Alarm Service

Functional testing, battery replacement and positioning checks. In the year without an Electrical Safety Check, this is delivered as a stand alone visit.
